My journey with this work has
led me through both traditional and non-traditional
training.
I spent many years training as
a holistic healer, which simultaneously focused on
the power and the potential of ‘cultivating one’s
soul’, understanding the relationship between the
body, mind and heart; while developing personal
awareness, honing intuition and deep listening.
My education and training as an
Interfaith Minister helped me to appreciate and
understand the wisdom and the power of a rich
variety of faith traditions. During this time, I
came to both witness and experience the depth of
healing made possible in the space of Spirit and
with the presence of God.
My professional training as a
Clinical Social Worker has further developed my
understanding and professional assessment skills
important to the field of counseling.
As a bereavement counselor in
Hospice, I have had the honor to companion
individuals and groups along this tender journey of
grief and loss.
My personal path has been
deeply influenced by the work within:
A Course in Miracles
Interfaith principles
The Abraham-Hicks work;
and more recently the practical spirituality found
in
Eckhart Tolle’s work; A New Earth
